Fluid Control rigs for the future
Fluid Control have announced the signing of a non-exclusive frame agreement with Seawell.
The award of the frame agreement includes work within the high pressure solutions, sale & rentals of high-pressure units and machining, as well as the service of the equipment. The frame agreement, which is due to start on the 1st November 2010, is for a period of three years with a two year option. Says a very pleased Marketing Director Øistein Tømte of Fluid Control AS
Seawell, specialists in Drilling, Engineering and Well services are focused on delivering wells safely and efficiently, securing well integrity and enhancing well performance. This is the first contract the company have placed with Fluid Control.
Geir Undem, Vice president of Fluid Control AS said: "Seawell are a rapidly growing company so we are pleased to be working with them and view this as a milestone contract for us. We are building on 12 years' experience with highly competent personnel in Norway and long-term agreements. We are planning further investment and we hope this contract will contribute to the development of Fluid Control AS in the market."
Fluid control, based in Sola and Bergen, Norway, offer a complete range of traditional services, ranging from engineering design trough fabrication and construction, to maintenance and modification.
